| Yakutat Community Health Center is an Emergency Care Facility which provides out-patient Primary Care to all Yakutat residents and the influx of Sport and Commercial Fishermen and Seafood Processors who arrive every Spring to double the town’s population of 800. The Yakutat Community Health Center is owned and managed by the Yakutat Tlingit Tribe with funds from Indian Health Service (IHS) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The Yakutat Community Health Center provides Health Care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. |

The Clinic consists of three (3) Exam Rooms, one Dental Office, Emergency Exam Room, small Pharmacy, small CLIA waived Lab, one Teleradiology Lab (digital x-ray), Reception Office with Waiting Area, three Staff Offices, and Staff Break Room. | |
| Yakutat Community Health Center employs one (1) full-time Nurse Practitioner, one (1) Locums Tenens, Part-time Mid-Level Health Care Provider and two (2) full-time Community Health Aides. The Staff includes a Billings Clerk, Receptionist, Clinic Assistant, Custodian, and Health Director. | |
| Yakutat is located in Southeast Alaska with Juneau to the south and Anchorage to the north. Yakutat is situated on miles of sandy beaches with abundant outdoor activities. Alaska Airlines arrives twice daily with a flight North in the morning and South in the evening. There is no road access system leading into or out of Yakutat. Yakutat also has year round Ferry Service with sailings every 2 weeks. |
